Ocean Isle is one of my favorite beaches for weddings. Not over crowded, plenty of support surrounding the beach (beach rental gear, grocery stores, surf shops et al) and generally a very friendly population. Add to this that you're only about 45 minutes from Myrtle Beach, so if you want to sample some night life, golf or shopping it's at your fingertips.

The Winds Resort Beach Club. Nice place but they like to shove their vendors down your throat. Stick to your guns and tell them you want to use who you want. May have changed as I haven't shot there in a while.
